Osmose - Osmosis

Osmosis is a personal interpretation of the essence of Art Deco. The use of geometric shapes, black and white contrasts accentuated by a touch of bright color, evokes the elegance and modernity typical of this artistic movement of the 1920s-1930s.

My influence of Cubism, often incorporated into Art Deco compositions for its fragmented, innovative aesthetic, is evident in this work.

The two stylized faces, composed of complex geometric elements, recall Art Deco's interest in human representation in abstract, refined forms.

Through this interplay between fluidity and structure, I have attempted to interpret the glamour and sophistication of the period, while infusing them with a contemporary sensibility.

While paying homage to the traditions of Art Deco, the work's aesthetic codes reflect our own times. It represents a bridge between the heritage of the past and contemporary creativity.
